How to use Cinderella (Intl)

Intl Cinderella: 9–12 chains for time bubbles, two-finger swipes.

Cinderella is one of the oldest Premium Box Tsums on the International app (she arrived in January 2017), and she's still one of the best at making a single game last a very long time. Her skill lets you connect different Tsums together for a few seconds. Chain them 9 to 12 long and you get a shot at time bubbles, which add time to the clock. Get enough of them and the game keeps going.

  • 20 Tsums to activate (three International sources agree; one lists 14, see below)
  • Chain length grows from 7 at SL1 to 12 at SL6
  • She only really comes alive at SL3, when her chain reaches 9 and time bubbles become possible
  • She rewards fast, two-finger swiping more than almost any other Tsum. Same skill level, very different results depending on the player

How sure is this? We checked every number against at least two International sources (the Fandom wiki, Tsum Tsum Central, The Tsumazing Race and two International YouTube creators). Where they disagree, we show both. Anything from only one source is marked unconfirmed.

Why this guide (and why Cinderella)

We picked Cinderella because people already search for her on our site and we had nothing to give them beyond her Tsum page. In our Google Search Console export from October 19, her English and Traditional Chinese Tsum pages had about 45 impressions and no clicks, and searches like "cinderella tsum tsum" and "tsum tsum cinderella" showed us around position 7 to 11. She's an older, always-in-the-box Tsum (not an event one), none of our International guides covered her, and there's enough International material to cross-check her numbers.

A note on the score: our Tsum page is built from a different data set and shows different score figures. The 280 to 1,162 range above is what the three International fan sources list.

How the skill works

  1. Fill the meter with 20 Cinderellas and activate.
  2. For a few seconds, any Tsums can be linked together, up to her chain length (12 at SL6). The timer keeps running while you drag, so short, quick swipes beat slow careful ones (Fandom).
  3. A chain of 9 to 12 can make a time bubble (8 with the +Bubble item), according to The Tsumazing Race. Fandom says the same thing from a different angle: her "real power" starts at SL3, which is exactly when her chain reaches 9. Fandom's Bubbles page says each time bubble adds +2 seconds (Fandom only).
  4. Bubbles block chains. Anything you create during the skill sits on the board and gets in the way of the next swipe (Fandom, The Tsumazing Race), so move your next swipe past it.
  5. When the skill ends, pop all the bubbles and get straight back to filling the meter.

At SL1–SL2 her chain tops out at 7 or 8, so she can't make time bubbles in normal play. Treat those levels as practice.

The two-finger technique

The Tsumazing Race and Gaming Logistics' video point the same way: use both hands (or a finger and a stylus) and alternate sides.

  • Steady the phone. The Tsumazing Race says she plays best with the device flat on a table. Gaming Logistics has a whole chapter on comfortable phone positions
  • Start at the bottom. First swipe left to right with one finger, lift it, then swipe right to left with the other, a little higher up so you don't tap the bubble you just made
  • Keep swiping for the full skill. The Tsumazing Race says a smooth rhythm can produce 10 to 12 bubbles in one skill (their number, unconfirmed)
  • Use the skill-end animation. Plan your next move while she walks down the stairs: find a chain of Cinderellas to clear right after you pop the bubbles
  • Train your weaker hand. Gaming Logistics gives this its own chapter. Most people's second-hand swipe is the bottleneck

Our take: if two-handed play feels awkward at first, practise in a no-item game. Use your items once the rhythm comes naturally.

Watch: an SL6 run with every boost on

If the video doesn't load: 23M BASE SCORE!!! Disney Tsum Tsum Cinderella SL6 Gameplay (L) (September 2020, about 9 minutes)

Why we chose this one: it's an International SL6 run, and the creator's description lists the key stats (20 to activate, x12 chain), which back up the table above. Two things to keep in mind:

  • It's a best case. The run uses all boosts with gyro on (tilting the phone to shake the board). L scores her 10/10 for scoring and coins and says breaking a 10M base score is easy. That's one player's rating, so we treat it as unconfirmed for your own games
  • Look at the length. A 9-minute video from a single game shows what time bubbles do. Gaming Logistics goes further and says scores above 100 million take an hour or more of one game. Cinderella's ceiling is mostly set by how long you can keep going

For technique rather than results, Gaming Logistics' tips video has chapters on phone position, training your other hand and two swipe patterns.

Coins?

The International sources don't agree on coin numbers. L rates her 10/10 for coins, but nobody gives a coin figure that a second source backs up, so we won't give a number here (unconfirmed). Because her coins come from playing longer, a long game earns more. If you only play quick games, a dedicated coin Tsum will do better. See Best coin Tsums on Intl (2026).

Tips for missions

  • Initial S: Fandom notes she counts as an initial-S Tsum in both versions because of her Japanese name (Shinderera). Fandom only, so check the mission's Tsum list in-game
  • Bubble missions: she makes lots of bubbles at SL3+. Items, bubbles and Fever explains how bubbles work
  • Chain missions: her chain is capped at her skill level (12 at SL6), so she isn't the Tsum for "one chain of 20+". Rapunzel suits that better (see Permanent high-score Tsums)

Should you level her?

Our opinion: yes, if you like high-score games and don't mind long sessions. She's a regular Premium Box Tsum, so copies come naturally as you open boxes. Use the skill upgrade chart to see how far you are from SL3, where she starts to work, and where to get Skill Tickets if you want to push her.
