DST ends Nov 1: Intl deadlines now 15:59 Taipei

From Nov 1, Intl deadlines at 11:59 PM PT close at 3:59 PM Taiwan, not 2:59 PM.

US daylight saving time ends at 2:00 AM on Sunday, Nov 1. The International app runs on US Pacific time, so from Nov 1 every "11:59 PM PT" deadline lands at 3:59 PM in Taiwan (UTC+8), one hour later than in October. Event starts at 12:00 AM PT move from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Taiwan time.

The two end times look like they're 24 hours apart, but there are 25 hours between them. The extra hour is the clock change. Fandom writes "PST" for both. Villains Halloween actually ends while the US is still on daylight time (PDT), and the in-game header (14:59) matches PDT.

Our advice: don't use the old "2:59 PM" habit for the Sticker Book. If you're one card short, you get Monday until 3:59 PM.

This lasts until US daylight time starts again in March 2027.

How we checked the rule (two kinds of Intl source)

  1. The official Intl X account uses both labels. Summer posts say "PDT" (for example, a Sep 9, 2026 maintenance notice: "began at 9/9, 10:00 PM (PDT)"). Winter posts say "PST" (the Dec 24, 2025 login gift: "until 12/25, 11:59 PM (PST)").
  2. Its "now on" posts move by one hour. In October 2026 they went out at 3:00 PM Taiwan time (Sticker Book on Oct 26, Pick-Up Capsules on Oct 30). Last November, after the clock change, the same kind of post went out at 4:00 PM (Premium Box new Tsums on Nov 3, 2025; the Aladdin event on Nov 5, 2025). Both times are 12:00 AM on the US West Coast.
  3. Fandom lists events last November and December with "11:59 PM PST" end times. Examples are Aladdin: A Journey Through Stories ("until 11/27 11:59PM PST") and the Tart Shop ("until 11/30 11:59PM PST").
  4. The in-game header on the Sticker Book shows 「11月2日15:59止」 in a Traditional Chinese Intl app (RelaxZone's video). That is 11:59 PM PST.

What we couldn't confirm

Weekly ranking and mission reset Unconfirmed. A 2018 Reddit comment says these follow the Japanese server clock, which would mean no change. We found no second source
"Point Levels freeze at 6 AM PST" in shop events That's what Fandom wrote for last year's Tart Shop. We don't know if the next shop event works the same way
Daily things like login gifts The official posts use "11:59 PM PT" for these too, so they should move to 3:59 PM Taiwan. Check the countdown in the game

What's next for Intl?

Nothing for November has been announced yet. As of Oct 31 evening (Taiwan time), the official Intl X account's latest post is the Oct 30 Pick-Up Capsules, and Fandom has no November 2026 event page. Last year, the November event started on Nov 5. That's last year's pattern, not a date for this year.
